摘要: The economic development of socio-economic systems (SES) largely depends on our understanding their nature and formation mechanisms. Quantitative evaluation the state is also an important problem because effective management ensuring performance strongly it.Quantitative may be performed by using multicriteria methods. These methods allow us to generate integrated criterion reflecting various SES aspects observed in reality.Given quantitative evaluation, we can solve such problems associated with a country as determination enterprise strategy, flexible organizational structures, etc. http://dx.doi.org/10.5755/j01.ee.22.4.710
