摘要: SUMMARY The clinical, histological and immunological effects of long-term treatment with thymopentin (TP-5), administered 50 mg i.v. three times a week on alternate days, in four patients Sezary syndrome is reported. In all cases reduction itching, oedema, scaling thickening, clearing erythroderma were noted after 2 months treatment. Peripheral blood cells decreased cases. Reduction or suspension the drug was followed by clinical relapse. A loss epidermotropism cell infiltrates observed together dramatic epidermal dermal Langerhans cells. An increase proliferative response to mitogens IFN-y production, expression activation antigens PHA stimulated cultures occurred 3 months. HNK- 1 + increased both peripheral dermis following transient IL-2 receptors, suggesting that TP-5 treated may be mediated an incrased production consequent generation cytotoxic release lymphokines able augment NK activity.
