摘要: A microelectrode was used to measure endocochlear potentials (EP) in adult chinchillas and study the effects of a series loop diuretics. EP measured before, during for several hours after intravenous injection following diuretics: furosemide, piretanide, bumetanide, ethacrynic acid, indacrinone stereoisomers ozolinone. The first four diuretics caused substantial dose-related reduction EP. (−) isomer found cause moderate degree. (+) ozolinone very little change EP, even high doses. Findings are consistent with data on mechanism action these agents kidney.
