摘要: Abstract Piperonyl Butoxide, Sesoxane, WARF, and DMC were screened as synergists of DDT against Triatoma infestans nymphs. The most effective found to be the methylene dioxy phenyl compounds, which increased toxicity by a factor in excess 20. All inhibit oxidative detoxication 14C-DDT more polar metabolites. Curiously neither WARF nor inhibited conversation DDE. It is suggested that synergism will obtained when suitable inhibitors T. DDT-dehydrochlorinase are discovered.
