摘要: The technical difficulties of labeling albumin, red blood cells, white and platelets are discussed with respect to the effect procedural differences on in vivo fate radiolabeled element. Albumin can be labeled 99m Tc by a variety procedures that have not been proved clinically. erythrocytes 51 Cr is well defined, but demand for better radionuclide has led routine procedure Tc-labeled cells. cells established, viability remains question. Labeling techniques other isotopes such as 67 Ga still being developed. Blood elements far best defined species, much done having physical properties.
