摘要: To assess the effects of oxyradicals on cardiac beta -adrenoceptors, G-proteins and adenylyl cyclase, rat heart membranes were incubated with xanthine (X) plus oxidase (XO) for different intervals. The basal as well forskolin-, NaF-, 5′-guanylylimidodiphosphate isoproterenol-stimulated cyclase activities showed an increase at 10 min a decrease 30 incubation X XO. Treatment H 2 O also produced biphasic changes in activities. density 1 -adrenoceptors was decreased when treated XO whereas affinity increased after reduced incubation. not modified density. Cholera toxin-stimulated activity, cholera toxin-catalyzed ADP-ribosylation stimulatory guanine nucleotide binding protein immunoreactivity However, pertussis ADP ribosylation inhibitory affected treatment Addition superoxide dismutase catalase medium prevented XO-induced alterations activities, protein-related characteristics except These data suggest that -adrenoceptor-linked protein-adenylyl pathway due to are nature these may likely be formation .
