摘要: Macrophage production in hemopoietic tissue proceeds from multipotent stem cells → macrophage progenitor monoblasts promonocytes monocytes macrophages (1). At the cell stage, process can be quantitatively examined terms of colony formation semisolid culture (2). There are three known stimulating factors (CSFs) that stimulate production: Multi-CSF, GM-CSF, and CSF-1. The distinct each other by both biological physiochemical criteria (Tables I II). Multi-CSF has been shown to involved all differentiation lineages (Table Thus, it is a number operational designations; most commonly as burst promoting activity (BPA) (5), Interleukin-3 (Il-3) (6) growth factor (HCGF) (7). GM-CSF stimulates colonies containing neutrophilic granulocytes (4,14). Although also has, should have, GM-CSF-like similar physical properties I), two molecules (5, 6,13,14). While hemopoietins they target more than one lineage, CSF-1 only II) In addition, very specific high affinity receptor for (8, 9) appears restricted mononuclear phagocytic I) 10).
