摘要: Abstract Although formal simulation-optimization approaches have been shown to be able identify near-optimal outcomes for a range of stormwater management problems, stakeholder acceptance these solutions can problematic, especially if there is lack familiarity with the optimization processes and simulation model used arrive at solutions. To address this problem, portfolio problem formulation introduced that allows best practices (BMPs) evaluated by stakeholders before selection process. This enables search space constrained BMP process, ensuring results are transparent only represent trusted experienced practitioners. has effect reducing reliance on involving complex models, increasing buy-in results.
