摘要: We describe our experience with the ‘four-in-one’ procedure for habitual dislocation of patella in five children (six knees). All patients presented severe generalised ligamentous laxity and aplasia trochlear groove. had a lateral release, proximal ‘tube’ realignment patella, semitendinosus tenodesis transfer patellar tendon. The mean age at time operation was 6.1 years (4.9 to 6.9), were followed up 54.5 months (31 66). clinical results evaluated using Kujala score.There has been no recurrence dislocation. have returned full activities parents satisfied results. score 95.3 (88 98).
