摘要: Die patellare Instabilitat mit rezidivierenden Patellasubluxationen gehort zu einem haufigen orthopadischen Krankheitsbild. In biomechanischen Studien konnte gezeigt werden, dass das mediale patellofemorale Ligament (MPFL) die wichtigste stabilisierende Struktur der Patella am Beginn Flexion darstellt. Bei entsprechender Indikation stellt MPFL-Rekonstruktion eine hervorragende Methode zur operativen Behandlung rezidivierender dar. Neben Double-bundle-Technik kann bei Anatomie Single-bundle-Rekonstruktion gute postoperative Ergebnisse liefern. Der dargestellte Fall ist erste Bericht uber alleinige Patellaluxationen Patienten Down-Syndrom.
