摘要: We study the properties of micro-turbulence in solar wind using interplanetary scintillation (IPS) observations made with single dish antenna operating at 2.3 GHz and 8.5 GHz. Our IPS were during September-October 1992 1993 covered a radial distance range 5-76 radii (Es). apply spectral-fitting method to obtain turbulence, such as axial ratio anisotropy, inner scale dissipation length, power-law spectral index, velocity. also examine velocity dependence turbulence near sun, find following results. (1) Both low-speed high-speed solar-wind flows show acceleration 10-30 Rs, which is consistent previous works. (2) The anisotropy index no significant difference between wind. (3) Only length shows on flow speed: 1.4 ± 0.3 times larger than that
