摘要: The aim of this research was to analyze genetic polymorphism between nine wild species and three cultivars rye (genus Secale L.). assessed by means the RAPD method (random amplified polymorphic DNA). coefficients similarity were calculated on basis products they presented in a dendrogram. highest found cereale ‘Amilo’ S. ssp. ancestrale ecotype 30226 (70%), whereas lowest observed sylvestre dighoricum (33%). results indicate considerable usefulness for crossbreeding with genus as resources breeding programs.
