摘要: RFLP analysis of mitochondrial DNA was carried out with eight restriction enzymes BamHI, EcoRI, HaeIII, HindIII, MspI, PstI, SalI and XhoI, from which nine gene probes (atp6, atp9, atp1, cox1, nad3, nad6, nad9, pol-r, orf25) were hybridized, by means digestion products, for seven species the genus Secale. EcoRI/pol-r specific markers determined all rye. To estimate relationships among species, genetic pairwise similarities between them estimated a UPGMA dendrogram constructed. The separated into two groups. first comprises pair Secale sylvestre Host S. cereale subsp. segetale Zhuk., exhibiting greatest similarity, that is, closest relationships. second group is composed strictum/Presl/Presl, strictum/Presl/Presl kuprijanovii/Grossh./ Hammer, africanum/Stapf/Hammer, L. vavilovii Grossh., one clear subgroup comprising kuprijanovii/ Grossh./Hammer. latter showed highest similarity to each other relatively high remaining in group.
