摘要: The invention relates to a subculture method of human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells. the cells comprises following steps: (1) sucking off culture liquid in dish after fusion degree cell subjected primary separation reaches 80-90%, adding PBS for washing, and then PBS; (2) tryp1E into dish, transferring CO2 case, hatching 1-2 minutes, complete medium, repeatedly blowing beating until 80-90% are not clung wall; (3) centrifuging; (4) discarding supernatant liquid, re-suspending sediment by using blowing, uniformly mixing obtain suspension, counting counter; (5) inoculating suspension adjusting density be 1.3*10 /cm , medium containing 10ng/ml EGF, case culture. By virtue cells, large quantity high-activity can obtained.
