摘要: The invention provides an amniotic stem cell culture medium which is prepared from the following ingredients of DMEM/F12, platelet rich plasma, dextranum, triethanolamine, glutathione, hydroxyethyl cellulose, folic acid, betamethasone, progesterone, dulcite and sodium citrate. According to disclosed by invention, a human membrane taken in vitroto extract cells; compared with method utilizing solution containing fetal calf serum mes-enchymal stromal cells, stemcell has advantages no other animal source, wide ethic limit, heterogeneous immunogenicity like.
