摘要: The first part of this article deals with some initiatives concerning the role information ethics for Africa, such as New Partnership Africa's Development, United Nations Information Communications Technology (ICT), and African Society Initiative particularly since World Summit on Society. Ethics from Africa is a young academic field, not much has been published so far impact ICT societies cultures philosophical perspective. second analyzes recent research matter regard to concept ubuntu.
