摘要: Cancer of the pancreas is a genetic disease. The most common alterations identified to date in pancreatic cancer are activation K-ras oncogene (approximately 90%) and inactivation p16 95%), p53 (50% 75%), DPC4 (55%), BRCA2 (7%) tumor suppressor genes. An understanding molecular genetics carcinoma important because it may help explain aggregation families lead development novel tests detect early cancers. For example, some has been shown result from inherited mutations cancer-causing genes, shed cancers have detected stool specimens. In addition, we believe that an improved knowledge will new generation rational more effective treatments.
