摘要: It has recently been demonstrated that mutant ras gene was also detected in patients with mucinous cell hyperplasia without adenocarcinoma, indicating the presence of mutation could not be a definite marker for pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The present study performed to differentiate adenocarcinoma from others by quantification juice. By measuring polymerase chain reaction (PCR) during its logarithmic phase, amount semiquantitatively evaluated between 0.1 and 10% total DNA extracted juice obtained via endoscopy. Semiquantitative analysis revealed occupied more than 1% eight 15 (53%) all three (100%) intraductal papillary neoplasm pancreas, but only two 19 cases (11%) neoplasm. may provide clinical tool differential diagnosis carcinoma.
