摘要: Essential tremor (ET) and Parkinson’s disease (PD) are two of the most common movement disorders. Tremors primary symptoms ET some PD patients, often mistaken for each other. Especially since there no available differentiate tests or PD, early diagnoses mainly based on clinical assessments medical symptoms, family medication history, examination by physicians. There is increasing evidence suggesting an association between such as a similar frequency, overlapping resting tremors (a typical tremor), postural (mainly in patients) both many patients develop later life. Although it difficult to make differential diagnosis tremor-dominant assessment, recent developments objective measurements, brain imaging, neuropathology, genetic analysis, has opened helpful window distinguishing from PD. In this mini review, we included literatures studies discussed various advanced methods neuroimaging, markers, intensity drug-responses.
