摘要: We used accelerometry and visual examination by a neurologist to measure the intensity frequency of hand tremor under resting, postural, writing, walking conditions among patients with essential resting (n=11) Parkinson's disease (n=38). The was markedly attenuated during relative resting. parkinsonian tremors were higher while than suggest that assessment is clinically useful for differentiating between tremor, especially in early stages, when two are often difficult distinguish. Parkinsonian known be enhanced walking. Our clinical experience, as well others, suggests
