摘要: — Photodynamic inactivation of cells is caused by damage to the regions proximal cell envelope or DNA via a singlet oxygen mechanism. For penetrating dyes possibility either type remains. The contribution dye. acriflavine. remaining outside E. coli B/r during irradiation. towards photodynamic was investigated. It found that this nil negligible.
