摘要: Collagenolytic proteinases play an important pathological role in the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. However, little is known about interstitial collagenase (matrix metalloproteinase-1; MMP-1) this process. To investigate expression MMP-1 gene tissues, situ hybridization study was carried out gastrointestinal tract cancers (one esophageal cancer, five gastric cancers, four colorectal cancers), using a 35S-labeled cDNA probe. The expressed stromal cells fibrous tissue around nests, especially at margin and/or within nest; however, no definite observed. Expression more common well differentiated adenocarcinoma than poorly adenocarcinomas. These findings indicate that greater are closely associated with cells, suggesting pathophysiological
