摘要: The present invention relates to methods of using GPR119 receptor identify peptide YY (PYY) secretagogues and compounds useful in the treatment conditions modulated by PYY, such as stimulation NPY Y2 (Y2R). Agonists are therapeutic agents for treating or preventing a condition Y2R. Conditions PYY may be Y2R include bone-related conditions, metabolic disorders, angiogenesis-related ischemia-related convulsive malabsorptive cancers, inflammatory disorders.
