摘要: Abstract Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was applied for the simultaneous determination of iron(II) and iron(III) selectively complexed with 1,10-phenanthroline CDTA. The best separation achieved using a fused silica capillary (47 cm × 75 μ m i.d.) filled borate buffer (100 mmol l −1 , pH 9.0) direct UV detection at 254 nm. time is less than 3 min. influence different experimental parameters such as pH, sequence adding molar ratio complexing agents on iron(II)/iron(III) studied. sample mixture (pH stable few days room temperature. limits are 0.06 mg Fe(II) 0.1 Fe(III). method both dissolved iron species in tap water groundwater samples.
