摘要: Interferon Gamma Release Assays (IGRAs) were developed for the indirect or immunologic diagnosis of tuberculosis infection; however, they have also been used to assist in difficult diagnose cases disease adults, and a lesser extent, children, especially those under 5 years old. We evaluated utility using an IGRA pediatric younger children hospital setting. The diagnostic accuracy T-SPOT.TB TST was assessed 117 with active 413 respiratory tract infection. Sensitivity specificity calculated tests individually together. Concordance calculated. (82.9%) higher than (78.6% 5mm cut-off), confirmed TB. more specific cut-off (96.1% vs. 70.9%). Combining results improved sensitivity 96.6%. In conclusion, current study indicate that has good specificity, supporting its use among patients this age. A combination would be useful additions childhood
