Accommodation options in later life: retirement village or community living?

摘要: Objectives: To assess retirement villages as an accommodation option for older people by examining the impact on quality of life moving to a village. Method: A cross-sectional survey three groups: residents independent living units two and group who considered but decided remain in community. Results: The all groups at interview was high. However, village group's overall satisfaction with life, friendships social better after moving, whereas community were more likely say that their same or worse since looking village. Conclusions: Retirement can be viable later enhance life. The results this study have implications government policy, public private housing providers, people.
