摘要: Abstract A plausible extension of the two-state concerted model is proposed. This extended involves at least one state with pairwise asymmetry and consequent heterogeneous binding properties. Such a pseudoconservative transition accounts in predictably restricted manner for either positive or negative co-operativity † combination both single ligand. State saturation functions are derived. Variation Hill number respect to extent provides diagnostic test co-operativities ligand binding. Applications recent experimental data discussed.
