摘要: Abstract A cDNA encoding a Rel/NF-κB homologue was cloned from beetle, Allomyrina dichotoma, by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reactions (RT-PCR) taking advantage of the conserved Rel homology domain (RHD) to synthesize primers. The designated A. dichotoma (A.d.) amino acid sequence A.d. RHD compared with those insect RHDs. result showed that it has 70% identity Tribolium castaneum Dorsal, 66% Drosophila melanogaster 61% Anopheles gambiae Gambif1, and 55% D. Dif. putative phosphorylation site in RHD, RRPS, two nuclear localization signals were recombinant fusion protein containing confirmed bind specifically NF-κB gene coleoptericin A, an antibacterial peptide dichotoma. activity modulating construct promoter-luciferase reporter expressing Bombyx mori cell line analyzed. strongly activates construct, whereas failed activate mutated site, suggesting importance interaction between signal transduction for expression peptides
