摘要: This study was undertaken to determine whether there an association between coarse particles (PM₂.₅-₁₀) levels and frequency of hospital admissions for respiratory diseases (RD) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Hospital RD including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, pneumonia, ambient air pollution data Kaohsiung were obtained the period from 2006 2010. The relative risk estimated using a case-crossover approach, controlling weather variables, day week, seasonality, long-term time trends. For single pollutant model (without adjustment other pollutants), increased rate significantly associated with higher PM only on cool days (<25 °C), 10 µg/m³ elevation PM₂.₅-₁₀ concentrations 3% (95% CI = 1%-5%) rise COPD admissions, 4% 1%-7%) increase asthma 2%-4%) pneumonia admissions. No significant associations found particle number warm days. In two-pollutant models, remained correlated even sulfur dioxide, nitrogen carbon monoxide, or ozone provides evidence that enhance
