摘要: Summary. Background: Severe pneumonia is associated with a local inhibition of fibrinolysis in the lung as reflected by strongly reduced pulmonary plasminogen activator activity. Objectives: To study effect elevation activity during caused common respiratory pathogen Klebsiella pneumoniae. Methods: Female C56Bl/6 mice were inoculated intranasally replication-defective adenoviral vector expressing human tissue-type or control 24 h before intranasal infection K. pneumoniae. Results: Mice infected via airways developed overt pneumonia, which was accompanied downregulation levels at protein and mRNA levels. Pulmonary overexpression resulted increased fibrinolytic lungs indicated higher D-dimer fibrin deposition. Interestingly, markedly improved host defense against pneumonia: treated displayed less bacterial growth dissemination, attenuated distant organ injury mortality. Conclusions: These data demonstrate that improves severe gram-negative sepsis.
