摘要: We investigated the fatty acid profiles of muscle from large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea R.) different age. One- and two-year-old fish were cultured in floating net cages sampled randomly for analysis. Moisture, protein, lipid ash contents determined by methods Association Analytical Chemist (AOAC) International. Fatty profile was gas chromatography. Crude fat, moisture showed no significant differences between two age groups. The total polyunsaturated acids docosahexaenoic (DHA) significantly higher eicosapentaenoic (EPA) content lower than one-year-old (P<0.05). No observed saturated monounsaturated acids, or ratio n-3/n-6 among croakers conclude that are good food sources EPA DHA.
