摘要: • Deep leg veins were used as femoropopliteal grafts in 13 patients threatened with limb loss (average age, 77.5 years). Runoff was poor ten patients, and three required transmetatarsal amputations. Early salvage achieved all cases. Nine (69%) of either patent when last examined (four 21.5 months average follow-up) or remained until the patient's death (five 29 follow-up). Two late failures (six seven months), occurred who had secondary complicated reconstructions. In whose deep primary grafts, eight have follow-up, 24.8 months) two become occluded (seven 21 months). There no operative mortality minimal morbidity, suggesting that unavailable saphenous veins, superficial femoral popliteal may be graft materials choice. ( Arch Surg 1981;116:1141-1145)
