摘要: This article addresses some of the complex issues related to so-called `European information society' from at least three interrelated perspectives: theory (on basis a brief literature review), practice (referring number available surveys and research data) policy perspective. It points major contradictions in between both European statements data collected as part ongoing Measuring Information Society (MIS) surveys. The concludes by formulating recommendations for policy-makers researchers.
