摘要: Cytokine dysregulation is characteristic of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), a autoimmune disease considerable heterogeneity. Insights gained about the cytokine in SLE have potential for identifying patient subsets before onset clinical and during established disease. Clustering patients by activity more informative than isolated studies, as both pro inflammatory immunoregulatory cytokines contribute to dysregulated state SLE. Endogenous anti-cytokine autoantibodies (ACAAs) may be involved regulation biology reducing excessive production or prolonging their half-life circulation through formation cytokine-antibody immune complexes. Although endogenous ACAAs deleterious effects such contributing immunodeficiency states, role pathophysiology conditions has yet clearly elucidated. The aim present article provide focused review current knowledge
