摘要: Titanium dioxide (TiO2) has high photocatalytic activity and it is extensively applied in solar cell technology environmental science. Electrospinning acknowledged as the most versatile technique to fabricate nanofibers such metal oxide nanofibers. are generally prepared by electrospinning organic solutions containing alkoxide precursors a carrier polymer with voltage supply. The paper discusses on electrospun TiO2 including spin dopes preparation history, influencing factors fiber morphology characterizations. In particular, parameters viscosity, supplied voltage, feeding rate effect of temperature that affect emphasized. Based several studies, smaller diameter can be produced lower viscosity solution, higher rate. heat treatment 500 °C reduced size produces crystallized anatase
