摘要: The anatase phase of TiO2 has been great interest due to its photocatalytic activity. For enhanced activity, the polymorphic structure and rutile was pursued form semiconductor-semiconductor junction, which could even further enhance nanofibers with large specific surface area were fabricated via electrospinning from ethanol-based sol while development controlled by heat treatment. fibers characterized x-ray diffraction (XRD) transmission electron microscopy (TEM) for crystalline microstructure, respectively. Among different treatment temperatures tested, 700°C found have smallest grains having both semiconductor, i.e. available. calcined at 800°C also achieved phases, however showed significant grain growth.
