摘要: Titanium dioxide nanocrystalline thin films were prepared by applying the sol-gel dipping technique using two different titanium (IV) alkoxides: isopropoxide and butoxide. Morphological, structural characterization examination of fractal properties performed atomic force microscopy (AFM).
