摘要: Titanium dioxide nanocrystalline thin films were prepared by applying the sol-gel dipping technique using two different titanium (IV) alkoxides: isopropoxide and butoxide. Morphological, structural characterization examination of fractal properties performed atomic force microscopy (AFM). The effect nature precursor on hydrolysis rate resulting particle size distribution, roughness, surface complexity TiO2 was investigated. presents higher rates leading to more rough complex characteristics whereas butoxide show a relatively smoother surface. Higher dimension values lower roughness observed for titania derived from In both cases obtained present granular network interconnected particles, suitable practical applications.
