摘要: Abstract This paper reports on structural characterization and morphology of titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanofibers prepared by electrospinning using a solution that contained poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) titanium(diisoproproxide) bis(2,4-pentanedionate) 75 wt.% in 2-propanol. TiO2 with diameters 80–100 nm were successfully obtained from calcination the as-spun TiO2/PVP composite at above 300 °C air for 3 h. The calcined characterized TG–DTA, Raman spectroscopy, XRD, SEM, AFM, TEM. results indicated significant effect temperature crystalline phase form either anatase or mixed anatase–rutile nanofibers. anatase-to-rutile transformation grain growth during electrospun nanofibers, as revealed TEM, occurred simultaneously affected each other. rutile content was highest (∼80%) 800 °C, it can be expected complete would 800 °C.
