摘要: A feeding trial was conducted to determine the levels of aflatoxins deposited in tissues hens fed a diet contaminated with 3310 micrograms AFB1/kg and 1680 AFB2/kg for 4 wk. At end aflatoxin feeding, livers were pale, enlarged haemorrhagic ovaries significantly smaller than those from control contained only small ova. Only fraction consumed tissues, either as original compounds or their metabolites, which widely distributed all tissues. The highest detected gizzard, kidneys liver, average total concentrations less 3 micrograms/kg. lowest residue breast, blood serum leg, breast muscle having concentration 0.1 microgram/kg. Two days after removal feed, residues had decreased markedly, no being heart spleen. No gizzard killed 8 withdrawal, at 16 days. However, one seven measurable amounts AFB2 liver 32 withdrawal. Although few most on aflatoxin-free diet, variation existed between individual amount time required achieve tissue clearance.
