摘要: Abstract When YVO 4 melts at 1810°C, it decomposes to form 3 , a black semi-conducting compound. Between about 1500°C and its melting point, also reacts Y 8 V 2 O 17 plus 5 . The melt actually consists of ternary system whose composition changes with time. Reoxidation can be accomplished below the point by annealing in oxygen. difficulty obtaining high quality optical crystals Czrochralski growth is thus explained.
