Simultaneous Bilateral Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhages —Two Case Reports—

摘要: A 65-year-old male and an 80-year-old female presented with unusual simultaneous bilateral hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhages in the putamina thalami, respectively. The hematomas were demonstrated by computed tomography performed within a few hours of onset. patients underwent conservative therapy. patient died 4 days after onset finally became vegetative. majority generally have poor outcome due to development severe disturbed consciousness, tetraparesis, pseudobulbar palsy, even if are not so large. indication surgery for this type hemorrhage may be confined small who can expected good functional removal larger hematoma.
