摘要: Abstract The reported incidences of bilateral intracerebral hemorrhages due to systemic arterial hypertension are exceptionally rare in Japan. Unilateral hemorrhages, on the other hand, less uncommon. Recently, we have examined two patients with hypertension. first case involved thalamic hemorrhages; and other, a contralateral hemorrhage developed postoperatively, subsequent evacuation primary hematoma. characteristic neurological manifestation include quadriparesis, Babinski's signs, stupor, coma. Published information regarding anatomy is inconclusive, but basal ganglias believed be most frequently involved. One school thought explains pathomechanism as symmetrical rupture cerebral microaneurysm. However, it possible that an unilateral hematoma was formed by ruptured microaneurysm, subsequently, relatively short time circulatory disturbance. As general hemorrhage, craniotomy also indicated for hypertensive hemorrhage.
