摘要: Along with the rapid development of urbanization and motorization, vehicle ownership in Beijing have created a series new records last five years road supply can't keep up traffic demand. The congestion has become one main constraints urban development. In order to alleviate situation, Traffic Management Bureau successively published transportation demand management policies, such as parking fees charged standard, cost, increasing fuel prices, trying stimulate citizens consciously reduce improve travel predicament help economic levers. However, actual effect is much limited. On basis data collection analysis, this study adopts methods structural equation modeling explore internal relationship between various factors extent every factor effect, put forward any suggestions from perspective sustainable results show that measures greater on mitigation Beijing, final implementation TDM are influenced by many factors, personal attributes, experience others, furthermore, each different. research findings certain practical significance for optimize policy.
