摘要: OBJECTIVE To analyze quantitative scores for pain, fatigue, functional disability, and the number of symptoms on a review systems multidimensional health assessment questionnaire (MDHAQ), including ratios pain to physical function fatigue function, further study how these can help identify patients with fibromyalgia. METHODS All consecutive seen at rheumatology clinic completed 2-sided, 1-page MDHAQ each visit assess global status, helplessness systems, had their erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) measured. Scores variables were analyzed in 78 fibromyalgia over two-year period, 149 rheumatoid arthritis (RA) as "control" group. A subset analysis was conducted RA who classified independently according clinical criteria having or not coexistent Descriptive statistics, logistic regression, receiver-operating-characteristic curves computed compared RA. RESULTS Patients high pain:physical fatigue:physical scores, reported symptoms. These data differed significantly from also lower ESR than RA, whose similar whether there distinguished equally well by patient ESR. CONCLUSION simple 1-page, 2-sided provides information which may contribute fibromyalgia, have
