摘要: This article discusses the validity of two popular pain syndromes, fibromyalgia syndrome and myofascial syndrome. The history, scientific evidence, legal aspects these controversial entitities are reviewed. Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis currently in wide use, especially among rheumatologists family physicians, as well neurologists.
