摘要: ABSTRACTBenzocaine (BZC) is a local anaesthetic commonly used in therapeutics. Based on published thermodynamic quantities of dissolution, partitioning, and sublimation BZC, the solvation for this drug some mutually saturated solvents were calculated. Organic under consideration cyclohexane (CH), isopropyl myristate (IPM), 1-octanol (ROH). In all cases, these (i.e. , ) negative, indicating that dissolution more favourable state BZC.
