摘要: This study examined in dietary obese and genetically rodents the effects of soy protein isolate (SPI) its hydrolysate (SPI-H) on rate body-fat disappearance. Male Sprague-Dawley rats (4-16 wk old) yellow KK mice (6-10 were made by feeding high-fat diets containing 30% fat. They then fed energy-restricted, low-fat (5.0%), high-protein (35% casein, SPI, or SPI-H) for 4 at 60% level energy intake laboratory chow. The contents a diet 27.3 33.6 g/100 g body weight, respectively, end period. For rats, apparent absorbability fat was significantly lower SPI SPI-H groups than casein group, but vice-versa nitrogen balance. Body-fat content those diet. In plasma total cholesterol with diet, glucose These results indicate that are suitable sources energy-restricted treatment obesity.
