摘要: Myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) is the most common ofmuscular in adults. Approximately 60% of individualsreport either having difficulty performing or being unable to carryout some activities related home management, mobility andtransportation, work and leisure. Employment, educational level andincome are, on average, lower than general population. Thecomplexity variability disease manifestations DM1undoubtedly pose a challenge as regards anticipating all potentialproblems developing plan for health communitymanagement. This article presents conceptual model DM1management well brief discussion an approach fordeveloping interdisciplinary community services.
