摘要: The objective of this prospective study was to determine anal sphincter function and thickness the musculature in patients with myotonic muscular dystrophy. Manometric studies were performed 16 dystrophy healthy controls. Patients had significantly lower basal squeeze pressures than control subjects (P less 0.01). results ultrasonographic canal 7 suggest that decrease muscle strength is partly explained by atrophy. In addition, showed exaggerated rebound contractions following relaxation induced rectal distention. pattern response electromyographic 6 such abnormalities are a neurogenic defect rather musculature. It concluded show multitude defects an expression myopathy, atrophy, neural abnormalities.
