摘要: Myotonic dystrophy has been incriminated as a cause for dilatation of the colon. This occurrence occasionally mistaken bowel obstruction, and sumgery unnecessarily performed [1 , 2]. Since spectrum signs symptoms may be present in myotonic dystrophy, it is important to keep this possibility mind cases obscure etiology. Recently we encountered case which was perplexing until thorough clinical data were available. provide more insight into manner affects smooth muscle.
